Decisions are the unit of work
A dashboard, a report, an agent — none of it matters unless a decision changes. I start every engagement by naming the decisions the system should make faster or better, and I design backward from there.

Adoption is the real metric
Shipped is not the same as used. I treat analytics like a product: onboarding, training, office hours, and versions. If the field doesn't open it on a Tuesday morning, it doesn't exist.

Make change cheap
Pharma programs pivot constantly — new brands, new goals, new territories. I build a standardized core with configurable edges, so a pivot costs days instead of quarters.

Automate the toil, keep the judgment
AI should absorb the work nobody defends — drafting documents, logging calls, reconciling data — and hand the judgment back to people. Every agent I ship has a human on the loop and a paper trail.
