About
The interesting problems live between the data and the decision.
I lead commercial analytics and AI for life sciences at WNS, part of Capgemini, working out of New York. My job sits in the gap most organizations struggle with: the data exists, the tools exist, and yet decisions still run on instinct and stale spreadsheets. Closing that gap — with analytics people trust, AI that earns its place, and operating models that survive contact with reality — is the work I care about.
I got here the long way: electronics engineering in Mumbai, a data science master's at Rutgers, dashboards at Johnson & Johnson, then five years inside pharma commercial programs — AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, ALK, Eli Lilly, Regeneron, Pfizer, and others. Somewhere along the way the job changed from building reports to designing the systems that make reports unnecessary: standardized KPI layers, agentic document workflows, voice agents in the field.
What hasn't changed is the standard I hold the work to. Every claim sourced. Every release signed. Every number on this site traceable to a document, an email, or a public record — the same discipline I bring to client work.
What I do
Decision analytics
Brand performance, patient analytics, forecasting, and field-force effectiveness on secondary data — IQVIA, claims, specialty pharmacy.
Applied AI
Agentic document workflows, voice-to-CRM agents, and copilot integrations that put insight where the work happens — built, shipped, and adopted.
Operating models
KPI governance, analytics centers of excellence, and core-configurable delivery frameworks that make change cheap.
Executive partnership
Trusted by VP- and SVP-level stakeholders to turn ambiguous asks into shipped systems — and to say no when the data can't support a claim.
The journey
- 2026 —
Commercial analytics & AI leadership
WNS, part of Capgemini · New York
Strategic analytics partner to brand, sales, and marketing leaders across a multi-brand pharma portfolio — owning the KPI and insight layer behind 2,000+ field users and $200M+ in tracked brand revenue, while shipping the agentic and voice AI systems that change how that work gets done. Manages a four-analyst pod and the data vendors behind it.
- 2022 — 2026
From reporting to an operating model
WNS · client programs incl. AstraZeneca, ALK, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Sanofi, Regeneron, Eisai, BMS
Lead analyst across 12+ pharma sales programs spanning oncology, hematology, ophthalmology, and metabolic brands. Standardized 30+ KPIs, tripled executive engagement, automated ~$300K/yr of recurring work, and built the client partnerships that turned one-off dashboards into multi-year programs.
- 2021 — 2022
Analytics as a product
Johnson & Johnson (via Turnberry Solutions)
Built Tableau dashboards and SQL data marts on a Snowflake migration for J&J's global Technology Services organization. Treating internal data assets as products grew the active user base from ~300 to 1,200+ and cut analysis cycle time 30%.
- 2019 — 2020
The analytical foundation
Rutgers University · New Jersey
M.S. in Information Technology & Analytics (GPA 3.7), Vice President of the program's student association, graduate teaching assistant. Machine learning, forecasting, and the habit of explaining technical work to non-technical rooms.
- 2015 — 2019
Engineering roots
University of Mumbai · India
B.E. in Electronics Engineering. First databases, first sensors, first systems that had to work outside a slide deck.
